Moira’s Grooming Spa uses gentle, natural products and a range of relaxing techniques to provide a pampering experience that will leave your dog feeling refreshed and revitalised. As a solo groomer you can be assured that your pooch will receive a truly one to one experience, with only one households dogs in the Salon at any time. This is especially important for dogs that may be nervous or reactive with other dogs. The Salon is spacious, and allows for dogs to free roam whilst they are with us.
Moira’s Grooming Spa allows a generous amount of time for each appointment to ensure that the groom is not rushed, this enables your dog to feel comfortable and be groomed at their pace. This also allows for time off the table to have a play, and to decompress if necessary, if your dog is struggling with the grooming process.

We offer a full range of grooming services to meet your pet's needs, including:

Suitable for those breeds that shed their coat, such as Labradors/Retrievers/Bulldogs etc, that do not require any trimming The groom starts with the bath, which consists of 2 shampoo’s with a coat specific herbal shampoo, conditioner, a deep cleaning facial and head massage, and finally finishing with a foot scrub. We then blow-dry whilst removing the dead hair, leaving your pet's coat clean and shiny. We then finish with an ear clean, a trim their claws, clipping the pads if necessary and finally a spritz of cologne.

The grooming process will start with the bathing process of 2 shampoo’s with a coat specific herbal shampoo, conditioner, a deep cleaning facial & head massage and finally finishing with a foot scrub. The coat will then be prepared for the hair-cut by blow-drying and brushing ready for them to be styled. The breed haircut will tailored to your requirements/breed standard, and includes a hygiene clip. We finish the groom with an ear clean a trim their claws and finally a spritz of cologne.

Regular nail trims are essential for those dogs whose claws get long and they are not naturally worn down during exercise. We offer this as a stand alone service or for maintenance between grooms.

You can choose to add additional Spa treatments such as De-shed mud mask, Hydrating Mineral mud mask, Pawdicure treatment and more!! These can be discussed and added to the groom at the time of their appointment.

We offer teeth brushing using the revolutionary ultrasonic toothbrushes from Emmi-Pet. This is an effective non invasive, silent and vibration free toothbrush to improve your pets oral hygiene. Each dog has their own toothbrush head that is specifically for their use to ensure that no cross contamination occurs.
